There was no bouncer at the entrance to the Community Center, all the better for any underclassmen to sneak into the night's festivities and pray that their own official final dance in Fandom would be half so...red. Matt arrived looking as fancy as he could in a secondhand suit and tie. It was no tuxedo but for a guy from Hell's kitchen it was about as fancy as he would get.

If it made him feel any better, Stacey was used to guys deciding a tie made whatever they were wearing formal, so she was not going to be judging.

"You'll have to tell me about it," Matt replied though he was wondering why there were shapes of fake floating men hanging from the ceiling. "Though it smells like someone has a fog machine or something going on.
