Pixie Dust; Tuesday [ 07/13 ].
Last week may have been a big, fat fluke, but this week was an entirely new week altogether. Besides, Ariel had quite a project laid out in front of her to keep her busy in the slower hours of her shift, and she'd had a great time in class earlier (as to be expected!), so it might as well have been last year for how much she was concerned for it.
Scattered in front of Ariel on the counter were an assortment of items, tools, and decorative effects. Some string and seaweed, glitter, glue guns, nails, hammers, and a few staplers. Rhinestones and sequins and twist ties. But at the center of it all were two amazingly symmetrical sea shells, drying from their pretty blue paint.
The rest was, admittedly, a bit of a challenge. Ariel had never had to make a pair of seashells before, but she was determined that Rinoa would have herself a pair, as promised.
The sign was, of course, still in the window.
