Hannibal was feeling a little melancholy when he came into work so he decided to cheer himself up by throwing peanuts at Tino. For the most part, Tino just glared and tried to bat the peanuts away like he was so above this type of behavior.
When Hannibal actually threw a peanut and it connected with Tino's eye, that's when things got a little...whinier. Tino just would not stop whining about his eye and how much it hurt and how his retina was probably scratched and he might die or something.
Hannibal took this as a sign. He jiggered Tino up an eyepatch made of napkins and duct tape. Tino looked awful. Hannibal told him he looked awesome. He felt better already.
