Today in the MCA lobby there was Mina behind her desk, ineffectually getting huffy at her laptop screen.

There were people wrong on the internet. They were wrong and she had to tell them why.

Stupid bloody vampire fangirls. Dracula was not misunderstood. He was a bloody monster, and that was that.

"No of course I don't mind if you guys go to a poetry slam. You don't need my permission, just remember that eating the competition is bad. Yes even hecklers. Tell your girlfriend too."

Tim was on his way out to work and chatting on the cell phone at the same time. He hung up with a sigh.

Mina glanced up, but did not wish to appear that she had been eavesdropping. She decided to keep typing and wait to see if he actually wished to converse.

"Ever wish some people just didn't know how to get in contact with you?" he asked. He spoke before he really noticed she was on the computer, and hoped he wasn't interrupting.

"Not really," Mina said, shaking her head. "I suppose I am blessed that way. Can I help you with anything?"

"Not unless you know of any Vampire support groups." If it would get Ilya's cousin to stop calling him to complain about everything he'd be eternally grateful.

Mina narrowed her eyes.

"Explain yourself," she said, a little cold.

Someone had a problem with Vampires apparently. "Guy I was just talking to is a Vampire. But a good Vampire." he added quickly. "Well he's not a very good Vampire. I mean he's a good guy he's just not that good at being a Vampire."

"I don't believe being a good person and being 'good' at being a vampire mix," Mina said, simply. "Perhaps he should remain simply a good person."

"Yeah I keep telling him that. Or, words to that effect. But every time he sees a Vampire movie he starts wishing he could be more powerful or spooky or whatever. I do think it helps that his girlfriend is a leanan sídhe, and they can feed off each other. Keeps them both out of trouble."
