Damon wasn't too happy about having to open up work early so people could set up for some party, but he was getting paid extra for it so he supposed he had no room to complain. Plus, it gave him an excuse to start pilfering booze early.

Raven was there early to help set-up for Dinah's party, and of course she had to say hello when she saw Damon at the bar. After all, she had absolutely no memory of him biting her on the neck and drinking her blood several weeks ago.

"Hello, Damon," she said, smiling at him. "How have you been?"

"Virgin daiquiri, hello." It had been so long ago (in Damon time, anyway) that he barely remembered biting this chick, but he couldn't forget nicknames when he placed them on people. "I've been fine. No complaints. And yourself?"
