Mina was staring at the report she'd received in the post today.

It was written by Rodney Griffin, about his discovery that an organization in France was being formed to be their own version of The League. It seemed there really was a Phantom, not just an alias adopted by James Moriarty

Tim, returning from classes that day, Tim was also talking on his cell. Which was somewhat more advanced than any back home. "No, I don't have any objection to an Oni participating in poetry slams, but keep an eye on him. If he starts trying to eat people, let me know. Yes even if you manage to take care of it yourself."

He hung up with a sigh.

Mina looked up from the report.

"I did not realize Japanese demons were poetic," she said. "Perhaps he shall recite some haiku?"

Tim hadn't realized he had an audience. "That's probably exactly what he'll do. Last Oni I dealt with tried to settle a fight with a hero with a Haiku competition. When he lost he decided to try to eat the hero."
