While Charlotte was at the gallery with the usual Sunday tea service ready to go out to any visitors and prepared to represent the
art hanging in the gallery, her attention was being divided between two other things, which were in a way related. The majority of her focus was going into finally getting those wedding invitations enveloped and ready to send out to everyone; it was well overdue for that! But she could blame that easily on what else was occupying her brain: it was difficult to get wedding invitations out on time when you had to spend so much attention on trying to avoid weird things happening. Having to check and make sure none of your shoes have turned into people, or keeping your mouth shut when you got an earworm because you'd likely just spend the whole rest of the day singing about how wonderful life was. She hadn't gotten anything done on Thursday!
There was so much work to be done, but, really, the wedding couldn't come soon enough. Because then she'd at least get a nice little honeymoon vacation away from this place.
The York Gallery is open!
