The people in charge now knew where the kidnapped people were being kept. A party had gathered and they were on their way to the depths of the Underworld to bring their people back, no matter what stood in their way.

A round board was the centerpiece of Hades' Throne Room and the surface of it was a map of Fandom with chess-like pieces in various strategic places. It was a cross between chess and battleship. There were two exits - the one they came through and another that led further into Tartarus and also to the catacombs. Andrew was unconscious near the throne, slumped in a heap from exhaustion and the draining effects of trying to widen the hole between Tartarus and Fandom.
Hades was waiting for them, standing from his throne. He had more power here and looked larger than life, bigger and darker and more menacing. "Geez, guys, I wish you'd let me know you were coming. I could've gotten the maid in to spruce the place up. But hey, what's done is done. Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but I would guess, based on how predictable you've all been in the past, that you're here for the missing people. So hey, I've got a little time in my schedule, let's do this thing. Then, when I'm done with you, whoever's left after my amigos on the surface are done can keep coming down here group by group until you're all dead and floating around like the slimy souls up on the surface." He sighed in content. "I do love it when things go according to plan. It gives me warm fuzzies." His expression darkened as he straightened, making himself even taller until he towered over them. "Bring it."
[OOC: Please don't touch Andrew until he pings in. Those still around who want to get to the catacombs can sneak off through the other exit and get a head start. The thread below these sub-threads is for you and those who join you once they're done with Hades. Those who are having one-on-one fights, please check your sub-threads below!
To facilitate the one-on-one fights, when a person approaches Hades, he'll fling up a forcefield to keep everyone else at bay. Part of the whole 'watch your friends suffer while I play with them' charm that comes hand-in-hand with Hades.]

Of course, he'd never seen the source material.

"And you should really get a better maid." Taunting a god? Surely not dangerous at all, right?

That'd be funny.

It wasn't that Jaina wasn't suitably impressed by the time he'd finished talking, but she had enough faith that this would work that she was almost smiling at him.
