Fandom weirdness struck again. No matter, Annette woke up feeling pretty good. She had been a country singer and was completely respectable. Nothing happened for her to be ashamed of at all. Dick had slept at the radio station anyways so he decided stick around town and go check and see if she was still a country music loving lady or not.

Since Annette was standing behind the counter, she watched Dick walk in and was totally quiet until he made his way up to the counter. "Hi."

"I woke up duct taped to a chair this morning," Dick said. He figured that should cover how his weekend went.

"Yep, that was me," he said. "At least my uniform was a lot cooler than the rubber suit with the nipples that I had last year. And I think I was part robot. That was cool too."

She snickered. "The rubber nipples was pretty cool," and wow, didn't that bring back memories. Fun ones. "Whoever you were this time? You were scary and you had a smart mouth."

Dick shrugged. "I don't know. I was sort of friends with the guy who took my job."

He paused. "Oh yeah, I'm not working at Caritas anymore."

"Are you working somewhere else then?" she asked, thinking heavily on her conversation with A.J. last week. Something was up with Dick.

"Well, I already had two jobs before so I'm just going to stick with radio," he said. "I didn't really need a job in the first place anyways."

"Oh, right," she wasn't including radio in the whole working thing, but she supposed it was work. Probably hard too. What with getting duck taped and all.

"So what are you doing today? Have any classes?"

"Yeah, one. My stupid mythology class. I don't wanna go to it," he said, pouting. "It's so boring and I didn't even sign up for it and did I mention it was boring? So boring. Booooooring."

"Enjoy? No, not really. I don't mind going to Barney's classes though," he said. "At least there I know what to say to get an A."
