The Joker was pouting. "Well, that wasn't how it was supposed to go at all," he said, staring at the television. He shrugged and turned around, brandishing a gun. "I suppose I'll just have to kill you. Our intrepid heroes didn't play by the rules."

Shockingly, neither did the Joker. He cackled gleefully.
