The Arms Hotel Lobby, Saturday [12/15]
Gunther's gingerbread creation was finished, and it was finally making sense to Mary. "It's a gingerbread Las Vegas!" she squealed with delight as Gunther pointed out the gingerbread hotels on his recreation of The Strip. There was the Montecito at the south end, right across the street from Mandalay Bay and the Luxor. At the north end was a gingerbread recreation of the Stratosphere. All the other hotels were laid out in order between them, except for a pile of gingerbread rubble where the New Frontier was supposed to be. Gunther explained that each time he tried to construct it, the New Frontier would implode. He had no idea that they really did tear it down a few weeks ago.
If anyone tried to eat the gingerbread, they would be confronted by a very angry German chef waving a meat cleaver.
