The Causeway, Monday Evening

John stood on the causeway, letting two years of memories wash over him as he stands amidst his bags, not quite ready to go off into the wild blue yonder.

"Ami," he said, sad grin on his face.

"Leaving?"

"Yep. Agatha threw me out," he said with a sad smirk. "Says I'm too lazy and don't fix anything."

"She is probably right. You coming back?"

[apocalypsesoon]

"I'm planning on it. You know how Fandom things are. I might spend a day out there and come back and a year has passed, or spend ten years there and find out that I'm here this Friday."

"That would be cool. And weird..."

"And wierd," he agrees. "I...dunno if I'm ready to leave, y'know? Or even if I'd be welcomed back."

"Of course you would be. Why would we not want you back?"

"Oh, I dunno, I mean, they got rid of that Madrox guy, they might wannna get rid of all the troublemakers," he said, smiling sadly.

"Well, you got me there, you ARE a troublemaker."

"Hey! I didn't blow up the school!"

"True. but that isn't sayign much now is it?" AMi asked, with a twinkle in her eye.

"You tryin' to say I'd blow up the school? Hey. Agatha's the one who blew up Sparky's." Okay, it was really the nun, but Rosette wouldn't-a done it if Ags hadn't said yes.

"Who blew up what?"

"Agatha. And Rosette. Knocked down a wall at Sparky's so they could get the church organ thing out."
