Mac just kind of followed the crowd until he got to the party. He looked around to see if there were any familiar faces around.

Jack looked up at the newest arrival and frowned. He was pretty sure he knew who this was, recognising him from Sam's pictures of O'Neill. This guy looked the same, just younger. "Welcome to the Seahorse Pre-graduation party. You're the old shop teacher, right?"

It's right there! Swim before the sun goes down (or skinny dip afterwards). There's body boards, inner tubes, and all the towels you could possibly ever need.

River had forgot to being a swimsuit. Hence her dress was getting completely soaked as she waded out into the waves, stopping as the water reached her to her waist. She smiled.

Jack spotted her and followed. He was wearing swim trunks, though, even if there wasn't much to them. "You're getting wet," he said as he slipped his arms around her waist, leaning against her back.

River leaned against Jack, tilting her head back and smiled at him. "Yes. That's good. And I like the smell of the ocean."

Playlist is over here. The music will play all night, and that empty space near the stereo system is perfect for dancing.

Parker caught sight of her as she spun, and laughed, holding out one hand as she twirled. Have to make the most of it, she thought at River, since the music was too loud to do anything but shout. Before the formalities begin tomorrow.

"Has anybody ever told you you look like--" Lau began, and was distracted by the drink the bartender set in front of him. "Many thanks! Keep them coming," he added, noticing that the place was starting to fill up with teenagers.

"Hey there. I want something fun, something with a pink paper umbrella in it." She smiled at the bartender because he looked so much like that one famous dude.

"Thanks," she said after he handed her her drink. He winked even so Annette tipped him generously.

Wrapped in a large towel and hair still dripping with water after the swim, River walked over to the bar. She had no idea what to order, but advice on the matter seemed to be part of the job of the bartender. River ended up with something sweet with and umbrella. It was alcohol. It'd make her giggle stupidly and fall asleep, possibly before she'd even finished the drink. Grinning, she shrugged. It didn't matter tonight.

There's a barbecue going with barbecue type food, watched over by a again, moddable bloke. There's also lots of other foodstuffs on the nearby tables, including vegetarian/vegan options for non-carnivores, along with dishes, cutlery, napkins, etc.

Buffy wasn't sure what she wanted to have, so she hovered over the grill, probably getting in the bloke's way.

"It all looks so yummy!" Buffy complained. She eyed a shiskabob skewer thoughtfully. She pointed. "Hey, do you think that would be good for dancing food?"
