"Ami," River whispered from behind the couch. The hairdresser was looking oddly at her.

"River! you scared me. Why are you behind the couch?"

Ami looked. THe hairdresser seemed perfectly ordinary if a bit overly made up. "What about her?"

"Matching colours. Look at the nails." River glanced at the hairdresser.
