Outside Caritas - Late Tuesday Evening

The party was still going on inside, but Charlie had eventually found Alanna again and asked her to join him outside. So here they were in the chilly Fall air, walking quietly together.

The air was colder than he'd anticipated after being inside for so long, but he really didn't want to do this in front of a crowd. They walked for a little while, but stopped before they got too far away from Caritas.

"So, uh, hi."

Alanna was rubbing her hands on her arms in order to warm up a little more. Because a sweater and two jackets were just not enough on top of a shirt. "Hi." There might have been a blush.

"You cold?" Stupid question. "Stupid question. Sorry."

"Nah, I'm always cold. I'd probably be cold in the middle of the desert in the summer. So um, can we kill Jamie?"
