Ching Tai, Saturday Evening

Kaoru, Hikaru, and Matilda walked into Ching Tai for dinner that night so not a date and were promptly seated at one of the tables. Even though this was clearly only a dinner between friends, the twins were not about to let her leave having to pay for any of it.

Matilda sat in the booth opposite of the two twins and smiled, feeling somehow shy. "Thanks for taking me."

They leaned on the table somehow very much reminded of a hostclub situation... and browsed a menu. "No problem. It's our pleasure." Kaoru could't help but act a little hosty in this sort of situation, it was practically second nature.

She sorta blushes and takes up a menu too. "What looks good to you guys..?"

"Hnn..." Hikaru feigned looking over the menu, glancing over at Kaoru and trying to get his attention. "General Tso's Chicken looks good... spicy is usually good." Kaoru wasn't paying attention to him though.

John walked through the door and was seated in a booth near the back. After a detention like today? Wonton soup and Pepper Steak.

He unfolded some schematics and made some notes while eating his soup.
