Elliot was armed with her laptop, an iced mint mocha, and a peanut-butter cookie. She was trying to write up some lesson plans for the fall semester -- hooray for planning ahead -- but kept getting distracted by her sudden immersion in the vast, vast world of fanfic.

She was pretty sure the story she was reading right then was anatomically impossible, but the mental picture was pretty.
