Booth is an idiot who is in love with a robot. I'm not sure he has it in him to give a fictional cartoon character any more depth than he (the cartoon) already has.
Considering that Word of Mod says that the secrets are selected randomly from the entire week's worth of submissions, it's quite possible that they DID wait. It's not like this is in any sort of chronological order.
Bones is a moron (or rather the writers are), she was childfree throughout the series and now she wants a baby because it would be selfish not to? 'LOL Booth, lets have a kiddy together so I can pass on my genes'
I heard that and it bothered me a bit... Is it possible to have a character that doesn't have children and not have her change her mind (and not be a villain or other "bad" character)...? Maybe it'll just be a minor arc and she'll change her mind back? I don't know -- don't actually follow the series.
I have a character that's like that for me. Every time I'm about to give up, I know that he would disapprove terribly and that's usually enough to motivate me to keep going.
