This is actually the very first time a secret of mine has appeared on FS. I promise I'm not. :)

Seriously. I'm afraid to comment on most of these for fear of the Oncoming Wankstorm.

But Star Trek actors can't be seen doing something uncool! They'll ruin the sanctity of Trek fandom! :P

111 - forget that feeling. I mean, not to like dismiss it but try to fight it off? -- seriously, you don't owe anyone anything for being in a relationship with you. a relationship is not a free pass for sex whenever the person wants it from you, and neither is marriage or ... well anything besides you handing them a free pass for sex whenever the person wants it from you :| talk to him about it? even just telling them helps, I think -- like knowing they know you're still nervous and awkward and weird about it. the pretending it's alright is probably just making it worse ( ... )

I think that the "assumed to be a fan of your own country" thing applies mostly to Canadian fans? I mean, I'm sure it's kind of assumed of people from other countries too, but um. Canadians get really patriotic whenever our country is even mentioned in anything popular. ;;;
