Round 8 is now closed. Sorry that it took me a while, Halloween weekend and now NaNoWriMo will be taking some of my time so there won't be a round for this month. But voting will be up sometime this weekend or next week.
As I'm behind on banners (I really haven't been in a graphic mood/have been focusing on my writing) there won't be participation banners for this round. I'm still looking for banner makers to help.
