2nd floor common room, Wednesday afternoon (after classes)

Hunting had been a good distraction for awhile, but when Wyatt returned to the second floor, he found himself dwelling again on what they were going to do about Belthazor. Having an uncle who was half-demon was bad enough. The Source of All Evil? That was right out.

He sighed and flopped on the couch. Maybe TV would be another distraction.

"Hey dudes." says Dick, sitting down. "What's on?"

"Absolutely nothing interesting," Wyatt said, tossing the remote at Dick. "Unless you can find something."

"Probably something about the Super Bowl on ESPN." he says, flipping the channel. "And would you look at that? I was right."

"No 49ers, no Patriots," Wyatt said. "But I'll watch anyway."

"I'm not a big fan of either team myself. But I gotta watch. It's like an national holiday for men!" says Dick. "So what have you been up to lately?"

"Studying, mostly," Wyatt said, unsure he wanted to get into the whole demon thing with Dick. "I know, I know, boring."

"For shame!" says Dick, grinning. "Of course I haven't been doing much better. Just been hanging out and sleeping. But Hunting today was pretty cool I assume wasn't it?"

"Oh, yeah," Wyatt said, matching Dick's grin. "I love that class."

"And to think when I first came here I thought that ghost and demon stuff wasn't real." says Dick. "I still somehow doubt that it will come in use in Neptune. On the other hand it's probably a nice skill to have in Fandom."

"Yeah," Wyatt said. "Especially if your aunt is dating an evil demon."

"Are you talking about that Bel-tha-zeus guy?" asked Dick. Boy wasn't too good at pronouncing foreign names. "I got Parker's e-mail."
