Walking into a darkened common room was something of a shock for Jason- but after everything else that he had been through since he woke up yesterday morning, it wasn't much of a stretch. Really, he was just hungry. And where there was a common room, there tended to be food. Food, after all, was what made the world go around. Feeling his way through the room, he fumbled his way toward the counter.
And then there was a counter! Success! Oblivious to anyone who might have been watching, Jason then proceeded to feel around on the countertop for something edible. And stuck his hand in a piece of pie. "Oh, bloody hell!"
Jason blinked up for a moment, pie-coated hand in his mouth. He could have sworn that he had heard the click of a camera, but he couldn't be bothered to search it out. Especially not now that he had successfully found food. Clutching to the pie plate with his clean hand, he bid a hasty retreat from the common room so he could eat his prize somewhere more well-lit.
Really, he was just hungry. And where there was a common room, there tended to be food.
Food, after all, was what made the world go around.
Feeling his way through the room, he fumbled his way toward the counter.
