[3rd Floor Common Room] Early Afternoon

Dec 07, 2006 13:03

Weiss didn't have classes on Thursdays and he decided to do a little baking. Or at least attempt it. He figured if he loves brownies, he should make sure he can have 'em whenever.

He's a logical dude like that. Come on in while he mixes the batter.

Mac? Also lacking in class today and therefore, bored. Seeing as there are people, here seems as good a place to stop as any.

She wandered over to Weiss, checking out his soon-to-be baked food. "What you makin'?"

"Brownies. Or brownie batter if my attention span slips and I fail to hit the baking stage," Weiss said. "You get caught up in the troll madness this weekend?"

"Yeah, just don't eat it if there's raw egg in there. Food poisoning, bad," Mac said, pulling a face.

She leaned back on the cuboards as she spoke. "I rocked the troll avoidance thing all weekend," she replied. "I found hiding in my room with cookies and my girlfriend to be a surprisingly effective defense. You?"

"It's probably good you weren't here," Mac said. "Most people I've seen who were, and weren't hiding like Cally and I, are now walking around with bandages on."

"Yeah, but chicks dig scars. Or so I'm told," Weiss said.

"Personally, never had a thing for scars. Not that, that means much," Mac said "Tatoos, however. They're awesome."

"I'll keep that in mind. Some girls dig scars. Others are about the sweet tats."

"Just so long as they aren't of another woman's name," Mac added. "That'd be a big no-no, I think."

"Nah, something like 'Mom' or '47'." 47? WTF?

Mac blinked, "Can we veto the 'Mom' idea here and now?"

"Yeah, probably. Don't know what I was thinking?"

"'47' actually has potential. Very mysterious, I hear that's supposed to be a big attraction."

"Yeah. And then I can tell everyone about why '47' although I have no idea myself."

"Make it up," Mac suggested cheerfully. "It'll probably be more interesting that way anyhow. Tell them it's the number of zombies you've eaten, or how many minutes you can hold your breath underwater or something."

"How many roads I had to walk down before I could call myself a man?" Weiss offered.
