If Angela had realized exactly how soon they needed to be back in the cabins, she wouldn't have bothered spending Saturday afternoon unpacking.

Sadly, she didn't, so she did. Which meant she spent Sunday sleeping off her jetlag and repacking, then schlepping over to the cabin.

She did brighten a bit when she reemerged and saw what Bridge and Anders were eating. "There are cupcakes?"

"Of course there are cupcakes, Chase," Anders said in mock reproof, "so come have one. Or more. You in here with us, then?"

Angela took a cupcake and nibbled on it. "Yep. You, Bridge and somebody called Z. I threw my stuff on a bed, it looks pretty nice for a cabin."

"Oh." Anders crumbled a little bit of cupcake off in his hand and stared at it before popping it into his mouth. "You've got Cally's old bunk, then."

He tossed his cupcake wrapper into the fire. "Gah. I'm not holding that against you or anything, okay? Sorry. I'm trying really hard not to bring the emo here."

"It's okay," Angela said, though she was reminded again of why she and Marty didn't live together -- other than that she was pretty sure her mom would kill them both if they tried it and she ever found out. "Just ... um, you don't walk in your sleep or anything, do you? Because I'd kind of rather you didn't confuse me for her."

"No, no, I wouldn't do that," Anders assured her quickly. "I swear. I'm out like a light when I sleep. I don't even think another invasion of Jello dragons or anything would wake me up."

"Good," Angela said, a bit too firmly. "So you guys stayed out here before, huh? I think Parker emailed me something about cabins and shirtlessness."

Anders blinked. "I missed the shirtlessness. But yeah, we spent a couple of weeks out here at the beginning of the summer, too. I should warn you, the hot water runs out quick in the showers."

"I shower fast," Angela promised. "Well, I can if I have to."

Anders snorted. "I'm thinking I might sneak back up to the dorms in the middle of the night to shower, or something. I take forever. Though all things considered, they're not too bad for cabins aside from the hot water issue, and I have my TV and DVD player hooked up so we shouldn't be hurting too much for entertainment."

Angela shot him a thumbs up. "Excellent. I wonder which cabin they stuck Marty in. I haven't seen him since we got back."

"There's a list posted somewhere, but I don't know off the top of my head. It shouldn't be too hard to find him, though." Anders took another cupcake and started nibbling the edges off it.

[bridge_carson]

"Hey, Angela!" Bridge waves.

"Bridge!," Angela greeted. "How have you been for the last, like, two months?"

"Good!" Bridge says with a grin. "I have a teammate! Well, I had teammates before, but now I have one *here*."

[chasingangela]

"Okay, so is that, like, a euphemism like scrap-booking?" Angela asked. "because I kind of already knew about you and Xander."
