River noticed Nadia asleep, but it was the kittens that caught her interest. She approached the black one, moving catlike on all fours and hissed at it. The kitten hissed back.

Hamlet had hoped to take his mad ex-girlfriend to a clinic, when she suddenly pulled him into a common room. She dropped her bouquet of dead flowers, and picked up one of the adorable but clingy kittens that had been bothering Nadia.

"Will you still need me when you're victorious?
Will you still want me when I've nothing to say?
Will you still love me anyway?" she half-sung to it.

Hamlet shook his head. "No. She's... she's unwell."

Walter came by after Sex Ed, his one night stand kit in hand.

Nadia had flopped over onto the couch again once all the kitties had had enough ice cream from River.

Fortunately, there were enough kitties that they each only managed to eat a little bit. They were now swarming over Nadia again.

"Ice cream," she said from beneath the pile, "is not an effective kitten repellant."

"I would think that it would be more of an attractant." Walter started attempting to clear space next to her. "You've been here all afternoon?"

"I fell asleep for awhile," Nadia explained. She hissed at the kittens the way River had, and they scattered enough for her to sit up. "How was your workshop?"
