Campsite Gym, Tuesday Evening

There's Tyler, looking smug.

There are basketballs on the court. Tyler is actually attempting to shoot the basketballs through the basket.

Right now, he's averaging .... oh, two out of three. Way less when he goes past the center court line.

He's ready for any basketball teammates or random onlookers who want to play.

Sawyer wanted to try different things for workouts, and as he passed the campsite gym he spotted basketballs on the court.

"Hey. You have room for one more?" He was interested in playing, really.

"Sure," Tyler said, sizing the guy up. "We're at seven, if everyone shows. With you, we can play four on four."

He tucked the ball under one arm and held out his other hand for Sawyer to shake. "I'm Tyler."

"Great." Sawyer gave Tyler a smile, "Sawyer. Nice to meet ya." shaking the other mans hand.

"Same," Tyler said. He began to dribble the ball, then passed it to Sawyer. "You played before?"

Sawyer caught it and looked at the net, tossing it that way he made it in, "You can say that." All that time on the streets gave him good skills. He passes the ball back to Tyler and peels off his shirt, he was ready.

"Nice," Tyler said, almost admiringly. He took the ball and went for a lay-up on the opposite side of the court. The ball swished through.

He claps lightly, "Nice yourself." he smirked, glad to have met someone else that's new.

Tyler nodded. "I try."

"So are you another new one?"

Sawyer shakes his head, "Been here fer a year. You?" picking up a ball and bouncing it.

"About two weeks," Tyler said. "I think I'm almost used to the place."
