Jaye spent most of her day in the fifth floor common room, and didn't die. However, she's very glad to actually see people in the second floor one. Yay normalcy.

"Officer Lion-Girl!" Bridge waves, 'cause he hasn't talked to Jaye in a while.

"Bridgey!" she greets him. "How goes it?"

[bridge_carson]

"I can't decide whether I'm looking forward to having something to do during the day again, or dreading the re-emergence of school-like activities."

[fates_jaye]

"I'm taking Arts and Crafts, Photography with Veronica, and Things to Do At the Beach. This is not school," she says seriously. "Maybe Fun School."

[bridge_carson]

"...Point. I'm in Arts and Crafts too, and Computers. And I'm *definitely* not complaining about taking the workshop that Xander's teaching."

[fates_jaye]

"If you did, I think we'd have to have a little talk," she says seriously. "So yay for no complaining."

[bridge_carson]

"And all my workshops are afternoon ones, too. So I don't even have to get up early for Fun School."

[fates_jaye]

"I... didn't pay that much attention to my schedule," she says. "But I don't think Fun School would mind if I came to class in my jammies."

[bridge_carson]

"True," Bridge says. "But... it's been a long time since I've had something resembling a summer vacation. I figure I may as well do it properly."

[fates_jaye]

"You have to. I will make you have a good summer, if I have to. There is the beach, and staying up way too late, and parties because there aren't early classes. It's awesome."

[bridge_carson]

"That... does sound cool." Bridge grins. "Clearly, I've been missing out."

"Yuh huh! What's up with the no summer vacations?"

[bridge_carson]

"Training," Bridge shrugs. "Goes year-round at the Academy."

[fates_jaye]

"Yeah, no training this summer," she decides. "Lazing."

[bridge_carson]

"Well, I should probably do *some*..."
