Tyler is not allowed to work out until his burns heal.

But he can fire a gun.

He tacks up a standard target and gets a handgun out of the locked cabinet, nodding to Aeryn along the way. "Howdy."

Aeryn gives him a little nod, thinks back to remember whether she's seen him before, decides she hasn't, and says, "Hey." Then she's back to firing her weapon.

Tyler watched the girl fire off a few rounds.

"I've never seena gun like that before," he told her. "You're good."

"It's not local," she says. Just to show him, she shoots at one of the paper targets, which gets a hole blown right through it.

Parker's not in the best of all possible moods either. Since the gym isn't helping much? Maybe the gun range will. "Hey. Aeryn."

She chambers a round in the .Sig, and starts to shoot.

"Hey," Aeryn says back, pausing just long enough to change the cartridge.

Parker shoots the whole round of ammo, reloads, then fires again. The bang bang bang is oddly soothing after this week. No, she's not picturing anyone on the target. Okay, maybe aroudn the knee shots.

Aeryn watches silently for a while. "Good aim."
