Cally totally didn't change into nicer clothes, brush her teeth, rinsed with mouthwash, and put on a little lipstick.

Except she totally did.

She's waiting for Kara to show up. More than a little anxiously.

Anders grins widely when he sees Cally, but he doesn't get up or move the bowl off his lap.

Cally takes one look at Anders, and then the big bowl of popcorn, and just shakes her head and laughs.

Anders grins sheepishly. "I'd get up and hug you, but . . ." He gestures at the bowl of popcorn again, then shrugs, sets it aside, and goes over to her. "Aw, what the hell. Hi. How come you never dress up like that for me, huh?" he asks, teasing.

Cally pouts. "You keep that up, and I won't kiss Kara or you today. I totally dress up for you. I wore this this weekend, even. Dork."

"Oh yeah." Anders laughs quietly and grabs Cally's hand for a moment. "Seriously, you look fantastic."

"Well, thanks," Cally says with a smile. "I guess Kara won't be the only one to get Cally-kisses today." She winks.

"Well, d'uh. But we share, remember?" Cally winks again and gives Anders a kiss on the cheek.

Anders squeezes her hand and grins. "Yep, us with the sharing. Always."

And that's when Kara walks in, so he gulps hard, gives Cally a quick kiss on the forehead, and scurries to go sit down and get his bowl of popcorn back into his lap.

Kara strolls in, fashionably late as always. She gives Cally a wink and slides up beside her, throwing an arm around her shoulders. "Hey there," she murmurs softly, bumping her hip with Cally's.

Cally starts blushing, already, and just happens to lean against Kara a little bit.

"Erm, hi," she says, unable to make eye contact. "I guess we, umm, won. Sorta."

"Mmm...yeah," replies Kara, idly tracing a pattern on Cally's shoulder as she watches Aeryn awkwardly lean into Callisto.

Cally's entire body tenses up a little, and she stares at Kara's hand on her shoulder. She does her best not to hyperventilate, and summons up all of her courage.

"So, ready for this?"

Kara laughs low in her throat and whispers in Cally's ear, "I'm always ready."
