Zero comes back from somewhere, possibly the library, with a mop and a bucket. "Squall. This is a disaster."

"I know! Imagine the health code violations!"

"What're we goin' to do for furniture? Theft it from the other floors?"

Quinn looks at her like she's insane. "We have a chance to get all new stuff! Besides, it wouldn't go with the color scheme. Though we might be able to get someone with a good credit card balance Oh, Jack O'Neill... to help us out with that."

"I'm willing to donate to the cause. I'm sure my parents'll understand if I ask nicely." Considering that Zero's still in her PJs (boxers and a Dusted Bunnies t-shirt) and combat boots, Quinn may be forgiven for not taking this offer seriously.

"Right," Quinn says with the tone of someone who's so just trying to be nice. "You do that, thanks!"

"Yeah, just let me know. I'm good for a couch or two. Maybe a coffee table. How'd the kitchen fare?" Zero goes to investigate, hoping the door was closed, sparing the kitchen the worst of the blast. That'd be a pain in the ass to gut and replace.

"I think it's okay. I didn't think to check," Quinn says.

"Looks good. A little soot got around the door, but that should clean right up."

"Good," she says. "Otherwise there would have to be IKEA."

"IKEA was fun. Waverunners an' all, an' Sven. But yeah, reoutfitting the kitchen would be a blurrish pain."

Quinn perks up. "Sven?"

"Security guard that escorted me from the store? He wouldn't tell me his first name, but he looked very Swedish, so I decided to call him Sven. Nice guy. As security guards go."

Quinn pauses.

"Are you sure we don't need to go there for the kitchen?"

"Well. I suppose some of the plates could always meet a tragic demise." Zero grins at Quinn.
