After his disasterous meeting with CJ, Jack headed back to the dorms to go hide in his room. Unfortunately, the door was locked, and he heard voices. Presumably Kara had something going on in there that she wanted to keep private

"No, just wondering what all the cushions are doing in the corner there," Parker said, pointing. She blinked. Dear? That was new. "I'm Parker. You're another new student, right?"
Jessica stretched her neck to look at the pile of cushions, then looks at Parker and points to the cushions. "I didn't put those there" Jessica says with a laugh. "And yes, yes I am. I'm Jessica Tate, and its wonderful to meet you."
[ooc - Is Parker wet from said water fight? Just wondering, so Jessica could maybe comment on that :)]
Pushing wet hair out of her face, Parker shook her head. She walked over, and tugged one pillow out of the pile, peering in at the fort. "Anyone in there? Hellooooo?"
She turned back to Jessica without moving away from the fort, smiling. "Well, Tate, it's nice to meet you. I do wonder what someone is up to here, though."
Jessica takes the books off of her lap and places them beside her, folding her hands over her lap. She has that concerned face of her's on. "Hmm. Well, whoever that someone is, they must have had some reasoning, don't you think? Maybe...maybe it is someone's idea of art? An abstract sculpture maybe, for an art class assignment perhaps?" Jessica stares at the cushions, then adds "Not exactly my taste...but creative nontheless."
Parker moves away from the fort; whoever's hiding in there is being quiet, and for all she knows, they fell asleep in there.
"Around here? It could be a habitat, an art piece, or a political protest. Or all three." She grinned, and put her pillow down next to Jessica, collapsing in place with a yawn. "Excuse me. I just got out of a water fight."
Jessica smiled and moved her books to give Parker some more room.
"A water fight?...oh my...Well, the water here may not be Brita quality, persay...but fighting with it is not going to make it taste any better. Besides...water really doesn't have the ability to fight back. Its a bit of an unfair fight you see."

"Riiiight. Well, uh, all the combatants ended up suffering, so I think it was a draw." Her lips twitched. "Although the water may tell you otherwise."
[ooc: And I collapse, exhausted. We can pick up tomorrow, though, if you want.]
