"Yes and no," Hyacinthe said, thinking about it. "The fancy dances Phedre has learned for court are stately, with only the touch of a hand. But the types of dances we do in the streets? Far more lively and excitable." He held out a hand. "Care to try one?"
And added with a smile, "You are most welcome, ma cherie. I saw it and could think of no other."

Lucille hesitated. She was in the lobby and she wasn't really inclined to dancing. "I am sorry," she said. "I will have to decline. I am not comfortable with lively dances, and prefer to play the music."
