While doing some exploring, Rey had come across the garage. She didn't know how long it'd been since this place was really in use, but she'd definitely never heard of anyone being here as long as she'd been around

Mayday was checking out the first floor of the dorms tonight. The rec room was pretty great, and she was already acquainted with the gym. So apparently it was time to see what was in the other corner of the building.
"Huh. I wasn't expecting a garage," Mayday said. Because what purpose did that serve in a place without cars? It was right after that she noticed she wasn't alone. "Oh. Hi. Sorry," she said. "I hope I'm not interrupting."
"It's a speeder bike," she said, giving the bike a tap. "It's old, but seems to be in pretty good condition. I don't think anyone's touched it in a while."
"Wait, so it's like a hoverbike?" Mayday asked. Yes, she was from a world where Iron Man made flying suits of armor a thing twenty years ago, but a hoverbike was a hoverbike. "Do you know how to work it?"
"I guess it's pretty obvious," Mayday said. "I'm Mayday. In my world, if anyone's going to have something like that, it's going to be a technology-based superhero or something."
"I'm getting the impression that most places don't have them," Mayday said. "It's kind of weird to find out that you're less normal than you thought just because you came from someplace that's apparently pretty different."
