Evan wasn't really sure how anyone could think about prom so soon after the mess that the island had been in for so long, but he did suppose that some people were doing just fine in the wake of it all, and other people would probably just be happy for the distraction. He was sort of ambivalent, himself, though he got a pair of tickets anyway, since it was Sholeh's first year being old enough to, and he figured he'd ask her if she (and her sisters) were feeling up to going.
He did smile faintly as he set up the
prom court voting box. Of course the tablecloth was tie-dye.
