Jaina hadn't been very social lately, and there were more people here than she'd counted on, but she wasn't exactly the type to avoid a crowd. Especially since she knew she had to get out now and then.
"I should have known you'd have food," she said, finding a seat.
"Are you sharing?" she wondered. The problem with trying to involve herself in work and training as much as possible was that she tended to forget she was hungry until she was reminded.
"Well, since you're giving orders," she said lightly, going to get one. "How've you been doing?" She'd been gone for a bit, and the last time she'd seen him she'd had puppies and he wasn't so happy, so.
"Hot," she said, making a face. She was still bitter at the weather here, too. "It was fine. Thwart some bad guys, then go spend too much time on a shuttle with a bunch of boys. The usual."
"Pretty much," she said, though probably not for the reasons he was figuring. "A group full of pilots and they still let me fly, though, so I refrained from any smacking." Because they knew better, yes they did.
"I should have known you'd have food," she said, finding a seat.
