Ben still had a residual headache from the pounding music in Stark's earlier in the day, but he decided that it was nothing grilled sausages and marshmallows couldn't fix

Firekeeper and Blind Seer had had a busy day in the preserve, and to show for it, they had two fat rabbits. Blind Seer had already eaten his share, and Firekeeper had contemplated having hers out in the woods as well before deciding that perhaps it would be best to do so at one of the campfires in an attempt to be social.
"Hello, Ben," she said, as she spotted a fire already going. "Is it possible to share your fire?"
Firekeeper nodded. "Could have perhaps caught more," she admitted. "But, there is no real need to," she added with a shrug. "Enough to fill my belly, and perhaps to share with a few. Not too many here like rabbit."
"You know I don't mind." Tahiri reached a hand out to scratch Blind Seer between the ears. "That is, if you don't mind sharing, and that's probably a stupid question, isn't it?"
"I would not say I can share if I did not wish to," Firekeeper pointed out dryly as Blind Seer gave a huff of laughter. Which was Firekeeper-speak for 'yes, that was a stupid question'.
"Would you rather I just assumed? I know how hungry you wolves can get," Tahiri teased. "I'd hate to deprive you of some of your dinner, since I have to live with you right now and all."
"That's true," Tahiri agreed. "Although for all I know you could have been in a mood where rabbit was the only thing you wanted to eat, and nothing else would do."
It was Tahiri's turn to snort, the sound accompanied by a light punch aimed at Firekeeper's shoulder. "Then I'll trade you some of that for a sausage or two?"
Tahiri figured as much, which was why she'd thought it was a safe offer one way or another.
She slid a couple of sausages off the stick she'd been roasting them on and -- cheating a little bit by drawing on the Force to cool them down enough to touch -- offered them very solemnly, one to Firekeeper and one to Blind Seer.
Despite having eaten his fill only hours ago, Blind Seer snapped up the offered sausage in a couple quick bites. Firekeeper took a bit longer to finish her own.
"We know you well enough by now to know you would not do such," she assured Tahiri. smi
"I know what the two of you can do. I prefer to stay on your good side," Tahiri declared. "Because it's the smart thing to do . . . oh, and because I like you."
"Hello, Ben," she said, as she spotted a fire already going. "Is it possible to share your fire?"

"As if I'd try to cheat you anyhow."
