Raven had been trying to make more of an effort to listen to the radio, so after hearing on Wednesday night that Anakin had talked to Max and then on Thursday that Max had been in a fight, she had confused mixed emotions. She was hesitant to jump to conclusions, but if what she suspected was correct, then she was dismayed that violence and injury

Mat was finished with his classes and was in search of someone to entertain him.

"Hello," he said with a smile, flopping onto a sofa. "The tiny wet people are bloody strange."

"Hello, Mat," Raven said, giving him a smile. She was always happy to entertain see him. "They are indeed very odd. I have yet to determine what they wish, other than to flail their arms about."

"It's not to dance," Mat said, laughing. "I offered them a finger as a partner but they weren't interested."
