After the week he'd had, Alex was pretty glad to be done with it with a week long vacation in the forecast. Of course, the night was made even better after an earlier trip to the mainland yielded a brownie and something a little bit more exciting than cigarettes to smoke. Rose was looking for the lumberjack on the roof was looking for fresh air without going down four flights of stairs. The air on the roof was - okay, rarely fresh but not exactly Common Room-y either.

"Celebrating break?" she asked when she saw the source of the non-fresh air.
