Spooky Things Campfire - Saturday [7/11]
Yuffie's day had started out... really weird. Beyond weird. She had woken up late and before opening her eyes, had reached under her pillow for the materia she had put there the night before. Some people slept with teddy bears, she slept with materia. So what.
She encountered an obstacle though, a leather clad, solid obstacle, as she moved her hand though. And maybe she did a little squeeze just to see what the heck it was.
"What where you're groping, little girl."
She hadn't been expecting a low, smooth voice that had just a hint of danger to it. She opened her eyes and squeaked at the man, (very hot man if you asked her) stretched out on her bed. Yuffie scrambled off her bed as the man laughed, and dashed for the hidden fire materia she had under her bed. Except, it wasn't there.
"If you're looking for Fire, I think he went out to play in the fire pit with Ice," the voice said again. Yuffie just looked up at him and stared. Before she could form a thought though, a green haired woman entered the alcove with a tray in her hands.
"Oh, good, you're awake. I brought you some tea." Yuffie just stared some more as the woman set down the service on the bed. She frowned when the woman smiled at her, sure that she was being laughed at. "I'm Cure. The cretin on the bed is Steal." The sneer that was directed toward her didn't faze her at all.
Cure. Steal. Fire. Ice. "My materia turned into people?" Yes, Yuffie was a very confused girl.
After a very long explanation, and meeting the others, Yuffie was now sitting outside by the campfire. Fire was making some s'mores, without using the fire pit. Cure was meditating. Ice was working her way through a twelve pack of soda. Not drinking them, but trying to get them cold without freezing them. The aluminum was throwing her off though.
It took her a moment, but Yuffie frowned and looked when she caught on. "Where the hell did Steal go?"
