Yes, that was Fall Out Boy blasting from Wing 4 of Taft. And that would be Peyton sitting out by the campfire with her feet up, a sketchpad, and a cold drink.

She'd probably be pretty amenable to turning the music down or taking suggestions for the next album.

It was a pretty good indicator that Triela was having a relatively good day that her voice was calm when she asked, "What is that?"

"Fall Out Boy," Peyton said with a smile. "Good, huh?"

"It's... not really my thing," Triela admitted. Which was milder than what she might have said if she were grumpier.

"Oh. Well... it's a big place," Peyton said.

"That's an understatement," Triela managed a chuckle. "Especially around here."

"Yeah," Peyton agreed with a smile. "Well, hang around for awhile. My taste in music is pretty eclectic. If you don't like this, you might like the next one."

Triela grinned. "My own taste is sort of narrow, but I suppose there's a chance that you're right.

"Yeah? What do you like?" Peyton asked.

[sorella_vecchia]

"The classics." If she recognize the ambiguity of her answer it wasn't evident.

[darkangelsawyer]

"Covers a lot of ground," Peyton drawled.

[sorella_vecchia]

"Beethoven? Mozart?" You know, the real classics.

[darkangelsawyer]

Peyton nodded. "Got some of that," she said. "Not real high on my everyday play list, but some of it's really good stuff."

"It is," she agreed. "There isn't really anything that compares."

[darkangelsawyer]

"Well, now, I'd disagree with that," Peyton said. "But maybe you just haven't heard some of the really good other stuff."

[sorella_vecchia]

"I suppose that's possible," Triela admitted. It wasn't like there was a lot of variety when it came to music back at the Agency.

"Like I said, stick around," Peyton said. "Or come by Groovy Tunes some Thursday. I'll play a bunch of different stuff for you, see if there's anything else you like. I'd do it now, but I'm way too comfortable."
