It had taken Jen a really, really, really long time to haul her wagonload of pizzas back to the dorms, and then there was the problem of carrying the pizzas up the stairs 'cause the wagon wouldn't go up the stairs. Well, it would but then the pizzas would fall

"Adam!" squealed Jen with no small amount of hero-worship. "Come have pizza and watch Racerranger with meeeeeeeeeee!"

"It's new," Jen said happily. "Well, not to me 'cause I know all about what really happened, I read about it, but it's a new show here! Come watch!"

"It doesn't start yet," Jen said, fidgeting impatiently. "But I wasn't going to miss it so I got here early and now I'm bored. I should have brought a book with me."

"I don't wanna miss any of it," Jen insisted. "And there's just boring news on before that."

Well, it was boring to her -- it wasn't news any more.

"Uh huh. And there's always lots of 'splosions in these shows," Jen added happily. "That's not boring, right?"

Jen gaped at him. "Haven't you ever seen Abaranger? Or Mighty Capin' Justice Magicians?"

"Only with cars 'stead of dinosaurs," Jen said, nodding her head knowledgeably. "And they have fuel pump guns an' stuff that turn into swords!"

"Dinosaurs are aaaaaaaaaaaaaancient," Jen announced. "Really, really ancient. So many thousands of years I can't count that far yet! But we still have cars! Some of them even fly."
