Meg had to admit that she had been a little anti-social since the new kids showed up. She decided to make up for it by baking something. She ended up making three batches of peanut butter brownies, two more than she intended on making. Somehow she always got carried away ( Read more... )

Johnny sauntered in wearing gym shorts and... that's it. "Yo, Meg, what's up?" he asked as he headed towards the fridge to grab a bottled water.

She held up her finger for a second while she finished chewing. After a second or two, she nodded. "Yep. Peanut butter brownies. Made them myself."

"I haven't landed on anything good yet," Meg said, waving the remote in her hand. She looked over at shirtless Johnny. "Were you working out earlier or something?"

"ESPN's probably got something good going," he suggested oh so easily. "Yeah. No class till Thursday so I've been handwavily hitting it more often."

"We are not watching ESPN. I don't want to be bored to death," Meg said, smirking. "Maybe we can find some Top Model or Project Runway."

She was teasing, mostly.

"Hot guys on bikes? Snowboarding hotties? Come on, what's not to like?" he asked, returning her smirk. He thought about Top Model. "...if you want to, man. Whatever." He'd totally watch it.

"I've got my own hottie to watch, thank you," Meg said. Sure enough, she only had to flip through the channels a couple more seconds before stumbling across an episode of Top Model. MTV really had nothing else to play, did they?
