Second Floor Common Room, Evening

Yeah, he had promised Johnny tomorrow, but he was bored and the though of spending one more minute in his room was making him want to scream. So there was a chimp in the common room, watching infomercials. There was also a pile of clothes hidden under the couch.

Tired of trying to puzzle out what the hell was going on with that email, Bridge wanders in to the common room... and spots a chimp.

To him, there's only one logical conclusion. Well, okay, two logical conclusions. Random Fandom animal transformation, or there's a space pirate with a penchant for having people turned into chimps loose on the island.

"Uh, dude?" Bridge says hesitantly to the chimp. "Hi?"

"Oooh oooh oooh!" Marco said intelligently.

"Um, right," Bridge says with a nod. "Are you a student here? ...Did you have a run in with a pirate?"

[morpherboy]

"Ooooh! Oooh! Ooooh!" Marco replied and nodded to everything. Everyone emo's their own way.

[bridge_carson]

"Is that a yes?" Bridge says, moving to go flop down on the couch. "Is there anything better on?" he asks, nodding at the TV.

[morpherboy]

"Oooooh! Ooooh!" Marco jumped up and down and then threw the remote at Bridge. It was a little hard to change the channels without human fingers.

[bridge_carson]

"Ow!" Remote control to the head? Kinda hurts. "So, um... Do I know you? Say 'Ooh' for yes. Or. Um. 'Ooooh' for no."

[morpherboy]

"Oooh!" Marco said.

[bridge_carson]

"There were three o's in that oooh!" Bridge says, pointing accusingly at Marco.s

[morpherboy]

"Oooh oooh!" Marco agreed.

[bridge_carson]

"Are you just messing with me?"

[morpherboy]

"Ooooh!" Marco nodded and accidentally knocked a cushion to the ground. "Oooh."

[bridge_carson]

"You should be more careful," Bridge chides mock-seriously, leaning down to pick up the fallen cushion. As he does so, he catches sight of... a shoe? Underneath the couch. He pulls the shoe out and looks at it carefully, then looks at the chimp, then back at the shoe. "Is this yours?"

"Oooh?" Marco tried to look innocent.

[bridge_carson]

"Nice try," Bridge says. "But I don't believe you. This wasn't a pirate-induced mishap at all, was it?"

"Ooooh?" Marco said totally and utterly innocently.
