After putting off homework as long as possible, Ron figured he could push it even further by investigating the common room and trying to figure out this Tee-Vee thing he'd heard about

"They're recordings," Harry said, wandering in. "Bit like a Pensieve, or a picture."

"Can we get it to tell me the quidditch standings?" Ron asked hopefully.

[he_lived]

"Probably not," Harry laughed. "Sorry, mate."

Ron cursed under his breath. "Now I'll never know how the cannons are doing."

Well... They're going to lose. Ron just had hope.

"Could always write Ginny and ask," Harry pointed out.

[isourking]

"Why? So I can hear more about her precious Dean?" Ron said bitterly.

[he_lived]

Harry nodded. "Want to be prepared before we go in, right?" he tried wildly. Really, he just wanted to know more about Dean. And whether they were breaking up soon, perhaps.

"True, there is that," Ron grumbled. "I wonder if I can get the Daily Prophet here."

[he_lived]

Harry pondered. "Hermione got it at Hogwarts. Maybe? Why, it's all rubbish anyway."

"Well I just want to catch the scores," Ron said lamely. "It's not like we paid attention to it last year."

[he_lived]

"I wonder if it might be on the computer." Harry had not thought to check before, whether some Muggle-born wizard might have gotten it into his head to put Quidditch on the Internet thing.

"What's that?" Ron said changing the channel. "Some metal type thing?"

[he_lived]

"Like the television and the phone together," he replied. "Sort of."

[isourking]

"Sounds difficult," Ron said making a face.
