Fourth floor common room - Sunday Morning

Dean hadn't done a Sunday morning brunch in a while and he figured with the new students, this was a good weekend to pick the habit back up. So he was in the kitchen area cooking up bacon and eggs, while keeping on eye on his cat Hunter who was currently stalking a dustbunny over by the couch

Lana had pretty much hid out in her room most of yesterday, not quite able to deal with all the new kids when her emotions were still so raw from everyone leaving. She'd been up early, wandering and couldn't quite help being drawn in by the smell of food.

"Hey, Dean, right?" she said with a small smile.

"Yep," Dean said with a grin, waving hi with his spatula. "It's Lana, isn't it?"

She nodded. "That's me. Any chance there's enough there for another person?"

"Oh I always make plenty to share. Comes from having a bottomless pit for a brother. Help yourself."

"Morning," Dean replied. "Free food, help yourself."

"Dean Winchester," Dean said with a nod. "I think I've seen you around but yeah, don't think we've ever got around to actually talking."

"Somethin' smells good down here," Bo grinned as he poked his head into the common room, still tucking his yellow shirt into the back of his jeans.

"Breakfast," Dean said with a grin. "Help yourself."

"Might kind," Bo grinned, crossing the room to investigate the food situation. "I'm Bo Duke, just got in yesterday." It was still strange to say 'I'm Bo Duke' without tacking on 'and this is my cousin Luke'.

"Dean Winchester," Dean replied. "I've been here a year and a half now. It's a good place."

Isabel followed the smell of bacon down the hall.

"Dean, you're my hero. You'll reach superhero status if you tell me there's coffee as well."

Dean nodded toward the working coffee maker. "Should I expect my tights and cape in the mail?"

"That's kind of old-fashioned don't you think?" she laughed as she made her way to the coffee maker. "Personally I think you'd look good in leather."

Dean grinned. "Won't get any arguments from me. So did you have a good newbie day?"

Sam came upstairs in the hope that Dean had gotten back into the habit of making brunch, and was more than pleased to see that he had. "You're making extra, right?" he asked.

"No, Sammy," Dean said with a straight face. "I made just enough for everyone but you. Of course there's extras, doofus."

"Hey, for all I know, you could have made extra food, and everyone else could have already eaten all of it," Sam replied.

"When have I ever not fed you?" Dean asked him.
