As far as Sam was concerned, he'd taken care of his good deeds for the week. Not only had he kept quiet about Dean's condition when he went to visit Zoe and Grace, but he'd agreed to possibly babysit for a few hours on Friday - knowing full well that he could end up doing it alone if Dean wasn't human again by that point - and had agreed to put up some posters in the dorms on top of all of that.
