Rodney thought he heard his roommate shouting as he headed down the hall. He went into the Common Room to investigate.

"Are you kidding?" Rodney asked incredulously. "I wasn't sure this weekend was ever going to end. In fact, I was fairly convinced that I would be ending before it did with the way things were looking."

Sokka blinked at him. "Oh, NO!" he cried. "I slept through something cool, didn't I?!?!"

"Well, if you consider the entire town being overrun by dinosaurs something cool, then yeah, you must have missed it. I could have died." Rodney thought that was the most important thing about the whole ordeal. "Huh, and here I thought I was a heavy sleeper."

Evie came in after classes and some time spent with books that weren't about dinosaurs, and squeaked when she saw Sokka. "There you are!! You didn't get eaten! Yay!!"

"Hi!" Sokka said with a yawn, and reached out for a hug. "Eaten by what?"

Evie willingly went forward and gave him a good squeeze, relief and happiness at seeing him again coming to the fore. "A Tyrannosaurus Rex, or a sabre-tooth tiger, or one of those triceratops. I've been reading about them, they could have made you into pate'!" Another squeeze. "I'm so glad you're all right!"

"A WHAT?!?!? And I MISSED it?!?!?" Not that he knew what any of those things were, but they sounded awesome. "Besides, I totally get along great with sabre-toothed things."
