Once things seemed to die down a little over at the Jackalope fire, Turtle noticed some people at the cabin next door and, since she wasn't feeling tired at all, decided to hop over and check it out.

Buffy waved. "Hi Turtle!"

Turtle lifted her arms as if in celebration. "Fake big sister!" she said, not nearly with as much enthusiasm as such a gesture usually called for, but she'd had a long boring day and was a little drained, but not tired, because that long boring day included way too much sugar. "What's up?"

"We're trying to get the fire to, you know, be on fire." Buffy gestured towards the very not on fire campfire.

"...Did you try a match?"

Seemed like the reasonable solution to her, anyway.

Buffy nodded. She watched Kabuto and Tannim. "They're trying something else involving the word 'exploding' now."

"Oooooooooh...!" That? Definitely had Turtle instantly captivated.

"Well, at least they didn't blow up the cabin," Buffy said after a moment. Not that it would matter to her so much since it wasn't her cabin.

"Definitely think we've had enough of things blowing up around here...." Turtle said, head tilting. The wheels in her head had kicked into gear; explosion insurance might be a lucrative business 'round here...

"Yeah, school, the cabin of evil..." Buffy waved her hand.

"Devil's Nest, too," Turtle pointed out; she knew this only because she kept a very close eye on the business in town to compare and try to make sure they weren't going to steal her second most successful business position.

"Didn't that come back?" She was almost sure she hadn't spotted a hole where a club should be last time she was in town.

"Well, yeah," Turtle said, which was good, because it pulled more attention off Caritas again, albeit very little. "But, still. It was gone for, like, a week or so until it was rebuilt."

"At least property destruction is better than people destruction," Buffy pointed out. "People can't be rebuilt. ...I think."

"Maybe if they're robots," Turtle offered, nose wrinkling a little, because she was pretty sure the majority of fellow Fandomites were not robots. Pretty sure.
