After a lazy weekend, Bel had little interest in doing anything other than kicking back and relaxing. So currently he was lounging on the couch, watching "The Amazing Race." And wondering if it was against the rules to punt some of the more annoying teams off a cliff.

Nadia was getting ready for doing the radio but . . . well, she was feeling a bit lazy. So she wandered into the common room first instead.

"At least the rain stopped. Can't say I really want to go swimming right now, though." She leaned her head back. "And relaxing sounds good. I got the weirdest thing the other night, probably stress related or something."

Nadia shrugged. "This weird muscle spasm or something." She patted her chest. "Felt like I got shot twice in the chest."

"The bond spell that Phoebe cast," Bel said. "It had a side effect. You felt me getting shot, Anders felt . . . he felt things, too."
