OOC: Spring Break Sign-Ups!
Hello, Fandom! Are you tired of bleak, cold winter? Longing for sun, sand, the wind in your hair?
Well, we can't do anything the actual weather, but we do have a fun Spring Break to send your characters on. Starting on Sunday, February 24 and returning Saturday, March 2, students, faculty and their guests are invited to come to southwestern Turkey (where it will be nice, warm, and summer, thank you, Portalocity, for your consideration) for a Blue Cruise along the Turkish Riviera via posts in fh_trips.
Instead of one large boat, we will be traveling in groups of 10 (or 8, depending how the numbers turn out) in Turkish yachts called gulets, which is why we're doing sign-ups so far in advance (it's going to take a little more time to coordinate everyone's sleeping arrangements). Each ship will have two chaperones and 6 or 8 students to make sure Ace Cade no one drops people overboard or sets things on fire, and the daily and evening on-land excursions will take place for the entire tour group so that everyone can mingle.
It's possible to swap gulets during the daily dockings, if you've found someone to consent to switch places with you. Just let us know in advance!
